A Silicone Pad is a must as a lash tech. This makes applying lashes so much quicker & easier! When you purchase one they come with a clear seal on each side. Just peel off the side you wish to use. then apply the lashes you are going to with to it. The pad will help the lashes to stand in an optimal way ready for you to pick them up for application. Never touch the pad with your fingers as this will hasten the pad to become less sticky. Always use your tweezers to pick it up. When 1 side is spent, just turn over & peel off the seal ready for use. Deepending how busy you are but usually the stick pads will last for a number of months.
